Prepared from stone-grounding of locally grown Pigeon Pea (Toor) from dry lands of Maharashtra, Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan. Adrish Pigeon Pea (Toor Dal)  is a power house of proteins and fibers.

Seeds used are of indigenous variety and are sprayed with jeevamrut, dashaparni ark and various traditional organic sprays to avoid pests and insect attacks. The crop harvesting time is usually 40-50% higher than the hybrid counterparts, but that’s definitely worth it!

Storage Instructions:
